Protect your Numbers from Spam, and Fraudulent Calls and SMS by PTA for all Networks

It is quit good news that now every one of any Pakistan Telecom Network can block Spam and Fraudulent Calls and SMS.
Now what is the Method:
     Always aware and stay safe from Spam SMS and Calls by immediatly lodge a complaint against them with your service provider at following short code numbers

Short code for Telenor and Warid of 420 SMS and Voice will be implemented from December 2011

SIM Activation for New JAZZ, Telenor, Ufone Warid

After Buying New SIM it is must that the customer activate the SIM by calling 789.

It has some customer form to fill but that is not necessary.

1. For purchase new  connection, visit the nearest Customer Services Centre, Franchise Centre or Registered Retailer. Complete the Customer Services Agreement Form (CSAF) and attach along your identity documents.
2. Insert your new Jazz SIM in to your mobile.
3. For activation the Jazz SIM, make free call to 789.
4. Helpline 789 will require customer’s personal details and CNIC number.
5. Provided information will be verified by helpline through NADRA database.
6. Once it is confirmed, SIM will be activated in 30 minutes.
